UPFRONT SERVICE & PLANNING FEE
To acknowledge the time and effort Luxury Travel Curators LLC puts into planning one-of-a-kind experiences for you, we charge Upfront Service & Planning Fees. Our fees are either for Overall Itinerary Planning, Weekend Requests Extra Fees, by Service Fee and/or Concierge Services Fee.
These will be the ONLY fees Luxury Travel Curators LLC will charge during our work together, while using our Travel and Concierge Services.
OVERALL ITINERARY PLANNING FEE
Overall Itinerary Planning Service Fee is per person traveling per trip. Includes the overall bespoke travel design and planning services of Luxury Travel Curators LLC during regular working hours. The value of our expert knowledge and expertise of 30 years in the industry, along with full access to exclusive global VIP benefits, partnerships and affiliations
Fees are to be applied to the travel planning of your upcoming trip, to the destination/s solicited by you, or destination/s proposed by us – if so requested by you. Fee is limited to 3 itinerary options. Extra Fees apply for After Hours and Weekend Requests, please read more below.
By Overall Itinerary Planning, means bespoke travel design and planning, plus execution and logistics prior/during/post trip of all travel services related to your upcoming trip, inclusive – and not limited to – hotels, flights, ground services and experiences, medical insurance, among others.
Concierge services, such as bookings of restaurant, spa and beauty treatments, shows and events, prior or during your trip, as well as written or by phone reconfirmations, are not included on this Service Fee type. For this service, kindly see below the Concierge Service Fee option, as an additional option to further curate and upgrade your travel experience.
Special cases and discounts apply, such as: Family groups larger than 6 people, we will offer alternative options. Children (2-12 years old) 50% discount. Infants (0-2 years old) are free.
Upfront Service/Planning Fee Policy:
> Upfront Service/Planning Fee to be paid to Luxury Travel Curators LLC‘s for professional Travel and Concierge Services.
> Upfront Service/Planning Fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and not to be applied as credit towards travel. Fees will apply regardless you decided to take/book the trip/service or not.
> Full payment of the Fees must be settled before any services could be rendered. Please use the CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM section to fill out the details of your credit card. Credit card processing fee of 5% will apply to all final amounts.
> Service Fees are subject to change at any moment, without need of prior notification. This will not affect yearly fees during the term of validity.
> Weekend Requests Extra Fees and After-Hours will apply extra. If you prefer to avoid these extra fees, contact us Monday trough Friday from 9AM to 6PM.

WEEKEND REQUESTS EXTRA FEE
Weekend Requests Extra Fee, is per booking.
Please note the following Weekend Fees will apply in addition to your standard fee structure.
Weekend On-Call Hours are 9am-6pm with a 2-hour response time. Emails received after 6pm will be responded to the next day.
If you prefer to avoid these extra fees, contact us Monday trough Friday from 9AM to 6PM.
AFTER HOURS EXTRA FEE
Emergency After-Hours Service (6PM-9AM).

A $100 per call service fee will apply.

BY SERVICE FEE
By Service Fee, is per booking per person traveling. We believe, for those of you only booking a few services individually, such as hotels, flights, experiences, without the needing a full overall itinerary… this is a much flexible solution.
This fee applies to specific services on request by you, with full access to our expert knowledge and expertise of 30 years in the industry, along with exclusive global VIP benefits, partnerships and affiliations.
Concierge services, such as bookings of restaurant, spa and beauty treatments, shows and events, prior or during your trip, as well as written or by phone reconfirmations, are not included on this Service Fee type. For this service, kindly see below the Concierge Service Fee option, as an additional option to further curate and upgrade your travel experience.

CONCIERGE SERVICE FEE
Concierge Service Fee applies to booking of restaurants, spa and beauty treatments, shows and events, among other special professional services worldwide, prior or during your trip, as well as written or by phone reconfirmations, and follow ups. Unlimited per Trip and/or Unlimited Full Year Concierge Services are only offered during actual travels outside of your place/s of residence.
